Maine Victims' Compensation Program

Maine's victim compensation program has been running on VCPMS in full production since 2023, branded locally as CAMS. VCPOffice, VCPOnline, and VCPAdvocate are live, with partial law-enforcement access. HEART4Victims delivered the implementation on time and within budget. Oklahoma Crime Victims Compensation Program

The Oklahoma Crime Victims Compensation Board (OCVCB) administers compensation for victims of violent crime - medical, mental-health, funeral, lost wages. HEART4Victims has partnered with OCVCB since October 2018. Oklahoma's online victim application and vPostalBox have been live since 2019, with ~60% of claims now filed online. A signed 5-year subscription contract is now in active implementation to replace OCVCB's 35-year-old Microsoft Access back-office with the full VCPMS platform - including the SANE module and determination docket management.
